Rusty Wallace Racing To Race In 2013

All of you Steven Wallace fans can cheer again as he will be driving the number 66 again for his dad's team Rusty Wallace Incorporated in the NASCAR Nationwide Series. The team folded right before the 2012 season due to lack of sponsorship. Now the team has found new sponsorship and has very high hopes going into the 2013 NASCAR Nationwide Series on a part time basis at least for now.

According to Sporting News, Rusty Wallace has decided to start up is racing team again because he has found new sponsorship. His new sponsor will be mortgage and real estate firm Richard Tocado companies. Steven Wallace and the team are expected to make there first start in May at Charlotte.

Rusty Wallace said in a news release:

"Our goal is to compete in 10-15 events"

Rusty said he is looking at Richard Tocado companies as a long term sponsor and is looking forward to the future of his team. Rusty Wallace Racing folded the first time due to lack of sponsorship, a situation they hope to avoid again in the future.
