Legge calls out Saavedra

There’s no love loss between Katherine Legge and her former team at Dragon Racing, and she called out the man that replaced Sunday evening.

Sebastian Saavedra congratulated Audi on the their win at 24 Hours of Le Mans. Shortly after Tom Kristensen, Loic Duval and Allan McNish won the 90th running of the historic race Saavedra tweeted out his love for Audi and Legge, who was let go last year in favor of the young Columbian, called him out on that.

Obviously Chevy powers Dragon Racing, and one could argue that Saavedra should support the home team that’s invested in his racing future.

Legge lost her job in December and threatened legal action, but apparently nothing came of that. Interestingly she did finish ahead of both Dragon cars in the Indy 500, her only race to date in 2013.
