Sprint All-Star Race Qualifying Results, Edwards On Pole

Later on tonight the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series will run the 2014 Sprint All-Star Race. Earlier this evening the drivers qualified for the race under special rules. Each driver had to make a four-tire pit stop during their qualifying run. Another added wrinkle to qualifying was that NASCAR lifted the speeding limit on pit road. As a result of this drivers were hitting pit road well in excess of 100 MPH. When it was all said and done Carl Edwards took the pole posting a time almost one second faster than any other driver.
