NASCAR: Jeff Gordon Wins At Michigan, Third Win of 2014

With only four races remaining until the start of the chase the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series hit Michigan International Speedway for the second time this season. Jeff Gordon and Joey Logano led for the majority of the day and were the top-two cars when the field took the restart with 27 laps to go. While Gordon and Logano were good all day; drivers like Matt Kenseth, Kyle Larson, Jeff Burton and Carl Edwards struggled. After a series of late cautions the field took the final restart with 17 laps to go. Gordon was able to hold off a charging Logano and Harvick en route to his third win of the season.
