A lot of changes have taken place in the off-season. Who could be some surprises in the 2017 IndyCar season?

While we’re still a few months away from the start of the 2017 Verizon IndyCar Season, many drivers, teams, and sponsors have changed since 2016 ended.

With change there always comes wonder. What will the changes mean for the drivers? What will the changes mean for the championship picture? Which changes will have the biggest impact on the next season? Will the changes even matter when the next season is over?
