Matthew Sullivan
Hailing from Northern California, Matthew is a lifelong auto racing fan. For more than 10 years he has served as unofficial online track reporter for his home track, Redwood Acres Raceway while also recorded video from the track posting his work to YouTube for the past four years. In 2010, he began work on his blog, Speeding In The Pits which tracks in-race penalties for drivers in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series.
Matthew follows racing of all variety. Besides following NASCAR specifically, he is a huge fan of pavement late model short track racing and is an avid collector of old racing footage of west coast late model open competition events as well as races from the now defunct NASCAR Southwest Tour Series.
