A meteorologist with 10 years of experience, I have been fortunate to work in a variety of areas within the field, ranging from local television to the energy sector, which is currently paying the bills. I am currently a forecaster for one of the largest companies in the world, providing forecasts for our drilling, shipping and other assets, as well as natural gas trading operations. I'm also a life-long NASCAR fan with family ties to the sport. My grandfather watched the 500 on the beach, my mom sold souvenir programs at Daytona International Speedway, and my aunt once scored a race there. I grew up outside Atlanta, Georgia, and Atlanta Motor Speedway is a second home to me. I've been to every NASCAR race held there since 1985, thanks to my dad. Family is number one to me, but NASCAR and weather make the podium!
