[Last Race: 13th (-3)] — Ricky Stenhouse Jr. was the lowest finishing playoff driver in the playoff opener at Chicagoland, and he drops to last in these rankings because of it. #14. [Last Race: 10th (-4)] — Ryan Newman entered the playoffs as one of NASCAR’s hottest drivers with four straight top 7 finishes, including a podium finish in the most recent race at Richmond. However, he only finished in 23rd place at Chicagoland and now sits in last place among playoff drivers in the standings.. No. 31. Richard Childress Racing, Chevrolet. RYAN NEWMAN

[Last Race: 8th (-5)] — Kurt Busch entered the playoffs on a roll with three straight top 5 finishes and four top 6 finishes in the last five races, but those streaks came to screeching halts at Chicagoland when he was only able to finish in 19th place..
