Let’s go racing, Charlotte Motor Speedway Style

The first of three races of the Round of 12 kick off this weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway and it is time to see who is all-in for this year’s championship. It is also getting late in the season for Dale Earnhardt Jr. to win his first race since 2015 and potentially his last race in the Cup Series. With only seven races remaining, he is running out of time to get JR Nation one last win before his retirement.

As mentioned previously, drivers will want a great finish on Sunday to avoid a must win at either Talladega or Kansas.

By this time next week, we will have a better understanding of who needs to be great at Talladega and who can have a bad day and still be in good shape.
