Debate: What Is NASCAR’s Best 1-2 Punch?

2014 has been a nice year for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series in regards to the amount of teams that have found success. If the chase were to begin at Bristol the series would have 12 different winners through the first 24 races. The 16 drivers who currently make up the chase field represent nine different teams. With so many teams heading into the chase it begs the question as to which NASCAR team offers the best 1-2 punch.

While it would be easy to rattle of some very successful drivers who have had great careers, that’s not how this is going to work. For the sake of this we are only going to be looking at what drivers have accomplished this season. The reason behind this is that we want to know what the best 1-2 punch is in the sport here and now.
