Hendrick Motorsports – Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon

They may have 10 championships between them but all we care about is 2014 stats and those are pretty good as well. Johnson is having a down year compared to his previous seasons but he is still tied for the most wins in the series. Gordon is having a career year and is one of the favorites to win the NASCAR championship. Both drivers are older but they have a lot of experience.

Johnson: Currently seeded 5th in the chase standings. Three wins, one pole award, seven top-five finishes and 14 top-10 finishes. Average starting position of 12.41 and average finishing position of 14.91.

Gordon: Currently seeded 1st in the chase standings. Three wins, two pole awards, eight top-five finishes and 16 top-10 finishes. Average starting position of 8.91 and average finishing position of 10.04
