Debate: What Is NASCAR’s Best 1-2 Punch?

Richard Childress Racing – Ryan Newman and Austin Dillon
Dillon and Newman are an interesting team. While neither of them is an A+ driver, they are both solid. Newman is quietly having a great 2014 season even though he hasn’t won a race. Dillon is one of the most talented rookies and younger drivers in the sport. While Larson has outdone Dillon through 24 races, Dillon’s talent is great and his future is bright.
Newman: Currently seeded 14th in the chase standings. Two top-five finishes and eight top-10 finishes. Average starting position of 14.25 and average finishing position of 14.58.
