No. 2- Danica Patrick: No. 10 Stewart Haas Racing Chevrolet

One of the most popular drivers in NASCAR is Danica Patrick even though her performance on the track has been sub-par.

In Patrick’s first two seasons in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Patrick has finished 27th and 28th in points with Stewart Haas Racing. It’s been a far cry from what many expected from the one-time IndyCar race winner.

Patrick has yet to record at top five finish in her first two seasons in the Cup Series and in her 82 Cup starts has just four top ten finishes.

Changes were made to Patrick’s team at the tail end of the 2014 season. Veteran crew chief Tony Gibson has moved on to be the crew chief on the No. 41 Stewart Haas Racing Chevrolet with driver Kurt Busch. Busch’s former crew chief Daniel Knost comes over to take over crew chief duties of the No. 10 Chevrolet in 2015.

While Patrick has struggled she still has a lot going for her. She is still one of the most valuable faces in the garage area in 2015 and still has a big commitment from her sponsor GoDaddy.com.

However, those things may not be around much longer if she continues to struggle as badly as she has in her first two seasons in the Cup Series.

Her 2015 season is very important in her goal of becoming a successful Sprint Cup Series racecar driver.
