Greg Biffle – 45 years old

Biffle has been in this sport for many years now. Some of those years have been good while other years have been a struggle for ‘The Biff.’

Biffle turned 45 years old in December and is the oldest driver on this list. While this article is quick to point out that age doesn’t spell the end to a drivers career there are other factors when it comes to Biffle that might. Biffle re-signed with Roush Fenway Racing in the middle of last season. While that is great for job security it doesn’t do much for winning a title.

RFR has been on the slide the last couple of seasons and is coming off of a forgettable 2014. Biffle struggled on a weekly basis to drive a car that was close to competitive with some of the drivers that were winning races. He did make the chase in 2014 and he could do that again in 2015 but I wouldn’t bet the house on it. Even if RFR has a better season in 2015 as a team they are by no means close to winning a title.

Prediction: There are scenarios where I can see every driver on this list winning a title in 2015 or beyond. There is not a single scenario where I can see Biffle winning a title before he retires from NASCAR.
