NASCAR: One Question Facing Each Driver Ahead Of 2015 Season

Kurt Busch (SHR) – What impact will his legal issues have on his season?

When it comes to Kurt Busch the 2015 season might have more to do with his life off of the track than it does with his performance on the track.

Busch has been embroiled in legal proceedings with his ex-girlfriend for months now. This legal issues all stem from an alleged claim of domestic violence between the couple. During the proceeding’s Busch has referred to his ex as a “trained assassin” while Busch has been referred to as being “depressed” and having an “alcohol problem.”

The last thing that anyone in the sport wants is for this to have a negative impact on Busch’s 2015 season. However, it’s hard imagine there not being some impact if the court stuff continues to drag on. If the proceedings end in the near future and Busch is cleared from a legal stance, all should be fine. If something comes out of all of this it could be bad new for the driver of the No. 41 machine.
