No. 9 – “He is more than glasses and a mustache”
There are a couple of things about Dale Earnhardt that helped him achieve his signature look. Those things were namely his trademark sunglasses and mustache. While those elements are key in any Earnhardt tattoo, those elements should never be the only thing that makes the tattoo look like him.
If you take the glasses and mustache away I dare say what you’re left with isn’t Earnhardt.
In the previous tattoo there was great detail but the flaw was it didn’t exactly look like him. In this tattoo there isn’t much facial detail at all and without his two signature’s most people might not even know who this is a tattoo of.
