No. 2 Jeff Gordon bumps Jimmie Johnson but is not able to get by (2007).

Six races into the 2007 season there was the first big fight between the two Hendrick Motorsports teammates Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson at Martinsville. Johnson was leading when with ten laps to go Gordon caught him but could not make the pass because of the better drive off the corner that the Lowe’s Chevrolet had. Gordon tried to put him out of the way by bumping him in the corners but the leader prevented him from taking the lead every time. Johnson led all of the last laps and won.
