NASCAR: Who Had The Best & Worst Week Ever (Bristol)

Better Week – Tony Stewart
It was just last week that I was complaining about how Tony Stewart needs to stop finding the wrong side of this column, well I’m glad that he finally listened. Sunday night Stewart raced to his best finish of the season and along the way he showed his fans that old Smoke fire that they love so much.
On his way to finishing 6th (his first top-10 of 2015) Stewart got into a couple of fender benders and ticked off a few drivers but he did not let that slow him down at all. Stewart has been known for his brash attitude and driving style in the past but that hasn’t always come through in 2015 since he hasn’t been running well. Sunday night was a reminder to all that Stewart has still got it.
As the weather heats up I have a sneaky suspicion that Stewart might also heat up. If that’s the case he might make himself a permanent resident on this side of this column.
