Kyle Larson:

  • Age: 22
  • Xfinity Series Wins: 2
  • Best Sprint Cup Series Standings Finish: 17th

Kyle Larson moved through the ranks pretty fast. In 2012, he started racing in the Camping World Truck Series and by 2013, he was already racing full-time in the Nationwide Series which led to a Rookie of the Year award.

He moved to the Sprint Cup Series in 2014 and began racing the #42 car for Chip Ganassi Racing. Despite 20 top ten finishes and many finishes almost resulting in wins, Kyle Larson is still searching for his first win today. He is viewed as one of the most promising young drivers of the future due to his ability to race so well in late situations.

One of his most notable accomplishments came when he won the Rolex 24 (A 24 hour non-stop race) in early 2015 with a team of Scott Dixon, Tony Kanaan and his Sprint Cup teammate Jamie McMurray. Though he is still looking for his first Sprint Cup Series win, I can say with confidence that it will come soon. He is one of the most exciting drivers to follow in NASCAR today.
