Greg Biffle

Biffle has been the anchor of RFR in 2015 but some might say that he his anchoring a sinking ship. Biffle is 21st in the point standings which is the best of the three RFR cars. In 11 races Biffle has three top-15 finishes including a top-10 in the Daytona 500. Biffle also has six finishes of 21st or worse. Needless to say there is plenty of room for improvement for the No. 16 team for the remainder of the season.
GRADE: C+

Trevor Bayne

Bayne came into 2015 with some high hopes. Bayne had never run a full-time Sprint Cup schedule before but he did find some success running a part-time schedule in previous seasons with the Wood Brothers in the No. 21 machine. Through 11 races in 2015 Bayne’s best finish is 18th, something that he has done twice. Bayne also has eight finishes of 28th or worse in 2015. One of the areas that Bayne needs to address moving forward is qualifying; his average qualifying spot in 2015 is 32nd.

GRADE: D+

Ricky Stenhouse Jr.

Stenhouse Jr. has had a couple of decent runs in 2015. The unfortunate part of this for him is that he is a part of RFR and overall the quality of car that they are putting out onto the track isn’t the best. In 11 races Stenhouse Jr. does have four top-15 finishes which is the most on his team. Conversely, he also has five finishes of 28th or worse.
