NASCAR’s Top-10 Prospects To Watch Out For
1. Cole Custer
The youngest driver to win in the Camping World Truck Series last season, Cole Custer is my number 1 rated prospect in NASCAR. For what this kid has been able to do at such a young age is unprecedented and simply remarkable. This season sees him competing in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series for Jr Motorsports, which already includes a win at Gateway Motorsports Park. Custer received high praise from team owner Dale Earnhardt Jr, and I personally would not be surprised to see him compete full time in the Xfinity Series next season with Jr Motorsports taking Chase Elliott’s ride as Chase moves into the Sprint Cup Series.
Custer has also won twice now in the Camping World Truck Series, but has also won in the NASCAR K&N East and West Series respectively. He has also competing and run well in the ARCA Racing Series. With how young Custer is and what hes already accomplished its easy to rank him as my number 1 prospect in NASCAR. Although he is soft spoken, Custer is somebody who is in charge with whatever car/truck he is put in to.
Expect huge things from this young man.
