Richmond followed suit with many of the other tracks in this article and introduced a handful of new items in 2015. Of the new items introduced, two of them have already become hits at the track.

• Buffalo Chicken Fries (New This Year!) – Waffle fries smothered in cheddar cheese sauce, topped with shredded buffalo chicken, blue cheese crumbles, and ranch.
• Brisket and Mash Quesadilla (New This Year!) – Sliced brisket, garlic mashed potatoes, and cheddar cheese.
