Talladega is the biggest track on the NASCAR circuit and in 2015 it also introduced the biggest meatball. Yes, this new meatball was the talk of the track when it was debuted earlier this season and it’s sure to be a hit again later on in 2015.

• “The Big One” (New This Year!) – “The Big One” Meatball has a center of blended mozzarella and pepper jack cheeses mixed with smoked BBQ pulled pork and house siracha BBQ sauce for an extra kick. It is then covered by a layer of ground beef, rolled in a panko bread crumb and parmesan mix before being deep fried to a golden brown. It’s topped off with a dollop of BBQ sauce and a spaghetti garnish.
