With the track celebrating the 1970-74 time period as part of its 2015 marketing platform, the concessions offerings have followed with area favorites.  The new items for this year’s Labor Day weekend races include the following which are listed below.

• Pimento Cheese Sandwich (New this year!) – Scratch-made pimento cheese spread served on fresh white bread.
• Fried Green Tomatoes (New This Year!) – Sweet and tangy Roma tomatoes, coated in bread crumbs, served with a spicy aioli.
• Sausage Perlo (New This Year!) – Sliced grilled pork sausage served on a bed of South Carolina Perlo rice.
