BBQ Sundae – Kansas

If you were going to Kansas Speedway what do you think would be on the menu? If you said BBQ than you’re thinking on the right track. Kansas is home of some of the best BBQ in the United States and the fans at Kansas Speedway aren’t being left out.

  • BBQ Sundae (New This year!) – Alternating layers of mashed potatoes and BBQ Burnt Ends, topped with shredded cheddar cheese, and a cherry tomato.
  • Sizzler Dog – Bacon-wrapped hot dog on a poppy seed bun, topped with a spicy fried pickle spear, diced onion, and a creamy chipotle sauce.
  • 50/50 Burger  -Bacon infused beef burger patty, with American cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion.  A fresh take on the bacon cheeseburger.
