Michigan went all-out in 2015 when they introduced a bunch of new menu items for race fans. Below you will find three of the new items that already appear to be big hits at the track.

• Hunter’s Steak Sandwich (New This Year!) – slow-braised beef steak smothered in peppers and onions on garlic toast.
• Chicken and Waffle on a Stick (New This Year!) – Tender chicken skewer dipped in bacon-infused waffle batter, and drizzled with warm maple syrup.
• Peameal Bacon Sandwich (New This Year!) – Traditional Canadian peameal bacon, thick cut, on a soft roll with cranberry chutney.
