NASCAR: Five Drivers Who Need To Close The Season Strong

With the current setup in NASCAR the goal of every driver at the start of the season is to make the Chase. From there the goal obviously shifts to winning a championship for most while for others it might be to be competitive during the Chase. Those who miss the Chase most likely have to consider their season a failure if they run full-time unless they are on a smaller team.

Although making the Chase is great, it’s not always enough.

In this article we will discuss five drivers that need to have strong finishes to end the 2015 season before heading into 2016. Some of the drivers on this list are in the Chase while others are not. After seeing our list feel free to share who you think needs to have a strong end to the season.
