Honorable Mention – Greg Biffle

Biffle isn’t going to make the actual list but his name is worth mentioning. Biffle and RFR have continued their downward spiral this season and the result has been that nobody from the organization will be in the Chase. This is new territory for RFR and most likely a feeling that they are not happy with.

The terrible thing about a decline like the one that RFR is dealing with is that it’s often hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Biffle and his teammates don’t have much to show after 26 races in 2015 and if they continue that trend over the last 10, it will not leave them in a spot to look forward to 2016.

If Biffle can have some decent runs over the final 10 races it could go a long way when it comes to next season. I’m not saying he needs a few top-five’s (although that would be great) but even if he could top-20 his way to the end and mix in some top-15’s and top-10’s along the way. If Biffle could do that it would build some momentum heading into the off-season for him and his team.
