Harvick is the biggest threat to win the title at Homestead on Sunday solely for the fact that of the Final Four, he’s had the best luck there. He’s had a dominant and consistent season in 2015, and considering he’s the defending Sprint Cup champion he clearly has momentum heading into the finale.
He has had some slips in 2015, such as a blown engine at Pocono in August and a crash at Chicago in the Chase opener. However, he’s never been able to stay down, and he’s been able to rebound from whatever troubles that struck the No. 4.
Homestead has been especially kind to Harvick over the years, most recently with a win there last year. It’s tough to pinpoint a weakness on the No. 4 crew at the moment, because he’s been great everywhere. It shouldn’t be any surprise if he wins there again on Sunday.
