Chase Elliott

2016 will mark the first full-time schedule that Chase Elliott will run in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series.

Elliott has run the previous two seasons in the Xfinity Series where he won a championship in 2014. 2016 will also mark the first time that a driver not named Gordon has been behind the wheel of the No. 24 machine in more than two decades.

For Elliott there is a lot to look forward to in 2016. Elliott is not only taking over for a legend in the sport but he is also truly beginning his career and hopefully setting the foundation for some legendary moments of his own. Excitement and anticipation are probably just a couple of the words that can describe how Elliott feels about the 2016 season.

Hopefully when the green flag drops in Daytona Elliott will be ready to go and ready to wow NASCAR fans all season long.
