Changes Made: Additional SAFER barriers were installed to the pit entrance and pit exit walls in 2015 and the entire facility will be covered by 2016.

Comment: Track President Roger Curtis gets an A+ year-after-year for engaging with fans and understanding that they are the reason for his ultimate success. You do that by giving them a good product on the track and addressing safety and the critical “Three T’s” (in my book, anyway) of event promotion — tickets, travel and toilets. He has done so:

"“The safety of our guests, competitors and staff is our number one priority.  We will continue to review our facility and provide updates as circumstances warrant.”"
