Darlington

Changes Made:  Darlington added 4600 feet of SAFER barriers to both the front and back straightaways in time for the 2015 event.  The entire track outside walls are now covered.

Comment:  The return of the Southern 500 to Labor Day weekend at Darlington was one of the highlights of the season last year, and it is refreshing to know that while legacy and tradition have been preserved, safety is being allowed to advance and remain contemporary.
