Changes Made: An additional 600 feet of SAFER barriers were added to complete the front and back straightaways.  All of the outside walls are now covered.

Comment: Track General Manager Jerry Caldwell remarked:

"“The safety of our fans and competitors continues to be a focal point for Bristol Motor Speedway.”"

Bristol has always shown that it will do what it has to do to ensure a good racing product, and these enhancements further demonstrate that commitment.
