No Wins For Kurt Busch In 2016

Kurt Busch has won at least once in each season that he has been with SHR but that will come to an end in 2016.

For me, Busch has been good with SHR but he also seems to be racing above his level. As silly as that sounds (with Busch being a former champion and one hell of a driver) I just simply believe that Busch is due for a dud of a season and that season will be 2016.

Although I don’t think he wins a race in 2016, I also don’t think that he falls off of the map completely. I still foresee Busch competing for a spot in the Chase and possibly even making the Chase, but again he will be doing so without a win in his back pocket. Winning each and every season and having strong consistency is hard in NASCAR.

Don’t believe me? Just ask Matt Kenseth, the driver that won seven races in 2013 and five races in 2015, while not winning at all in 2014.
