Danica Patrick Will Improve (Not Win) In 2016

Danica Patrick isn’t going to break through and get her first win in 2016 and that’s okay.

You have to walk before you crawl and for Patrick, 2016 is going to be about finding consistency. Through nine races in 2015 Patrick looked like a different driver. The consistency of the No. 10 team was up and Patrick was fairly high in the point standings. Despite the solid start, she faltered the rest of the season and missed the Chase.

In 2016 she will contend for one of the final spots in the Chase. I don’t think she will actually make the Chase in 2016, but I can see here finishing 18th or 19th in the standings which would be one heck of a season for her and her team. I know this might upset Patrick fans, but again, you have to crawl before you walk.
