RFR Will Continue To Struggle

Roush Fenway Racing has been trending down for the last few seasons and none of that is going to change in 2016.

Towards the end of 2015 those in the RFR camp had some optimism. The end of 2015 saw better qualifying efforts from Greg Biffle, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Trevor Bayne. The end of the 2015 season also saw some better overall finishes from all three of their drivers which for some provided a ray of hope for the 2016 season.

I’m here to burst that bubble because all three drivers will continue to struggle in 2016. Biffle will once again be the best of the group and he might even sneak his way into the Chase on points (but will exit after the first round if he does get in). Bayne and Stenhouse Jr. will finish outside of the top-20 in points and the RFR alliance with Front Row will not do much for Chris Beuscher.

2016 just isn’t looking good for RFR.
