It’s no doubt that Jimmie Johnson is one of the legends of our sport, putting together the best 5 year run in NASCAR history. There is a good chance that Jimmie will figure out how to succeed in the Chase structure before the end of his career, but he will have to figure out how to win at Homestead to put together a championship performance. Does he have time to do that? How long will he race before he hangs up the helmet? Those questions will be answered in the coming seasons.
