Who Will Be The Rookie of the Year In 2016?

Christopher Olmstead – It’s going to come down to Chase Elliott and Ryan Blaney and Elliott will take it by a nose.
Jason Higgins – I’ll take Chase Elliott and you can have “the field”. I win.
Joseph Shelton – Leaning towards Ryan Blaney in the No. 21 Ford.
Mike Hutton – Chase Elliott will be ROTY. No race wins, but via consistent finishes.
Cole Mentzel – Ryan Blaney. It’s going to be between him and Chase Elliott, but ultimately, Blaney is going to take it simply because he raced 16 Cup Series races in 2015. He had a few good finishes too including a 4th place finish at Talladega, a 7th place finish at Kansas and a 12th place finish at Indianapolis.
Martin Feigen – Elliot, Blaney has big year but Elliot is better at saving equipment and he gets the award.
