Name One Driver Who Will Surprise (in a good way) Everyone In 2016

Christopher Olmstead – Greg Biffle, I don’t expect him to light the world on fire but I do think Biffle will make the Chase in 2016 and turn a few heads in the proccess.
Jason Higgins – Danica Patrick. Wait, where are you going? Hear me out. I think Stewart-Haas Racing will be supremely focused on getting the boss out on a great note. I’m not predicting a win or even a Chase spot, but would 18th in points and being on the Chase bubble surprise me? No.
Joseph Shelton – Chris Buescher. He posted some consistent and strong runs in the No. 34 during his limited 2015 runs, so expect him to back that up with multiple top-10s in 2016.
Mike Hutton – Clint Bowyer will give H. Scott Motorsports a great year (good surprise.) Just misses Chase, though.
Cole Mentzel – Chris Buescher is going to surprise a lot of fans that didn’t watch the Xfinity Series last year. I was surprised that he got a ride in the Sprint Cup Series this fast but he is the real deal. Front Row Motorsports is lucky to have him.
Martin Feigen – Blaney has a great year and gets Wood Brothers in the conversation every week.
