The End of Wind Tunnel

The end of Speed Channel to make way for Fox Sports 1 (now FS1) was really a funeral for some great Motorsports coverage, including for NASCAR. Wind Tunnel with Dave Despain was one of those programs to end its long run on the network. While Despain has found a new home at MAVTV to conduct interviews, nothing compares to the over decade-long run of Wind Tunnel.

Here we find the final episode of Wind Tunnel, which focused on looking back at some great memories with lots of drivers, reporters, and teams. Among the guests include venerable announcer Bob Varsha, the incomparable Robin Miller, and former Cup champion Jeff Gordon. It also features the final edition of Eye Candy, arguably one of the more popular sections of Despain’s show.
