Loser: Kevin Harvick’s Pit Crew

Kevin Harvick started the race right where he left off in 2015: dominating. The last time NASCAR visited Dover, Harvick, with his back against the wall, led 355 of 400 laps in a win that got him to the second round of the Chase.

This time around, he started off by dominating the race again, leading 117 laps, but the end result wasn’t the same. Harvick continued to lose key positions throughout the afternoon, as his pit crew couldn’t stay up to speed with the rest of pit road.

Even with the No. 1 pit box, usually the most sought after stall on pit road, Harvick’s crew repeatedly put him through slow stops, leading to his downfall.

He stayed competitive in the race but never saw the lead again and eventually fell out of contention when he was involved in the huge wreck on Lap 354. Harvick ended up finishing in 15th place.
