Winner: NASCAR’s Future

The future of NASCAR just keeps getting brighter and brighter as each week moves on. With 18-year-old William Byron winning the Truck Series race at Texas and 24-year-old Daniel Suárez winning the Xfinity Series race at Michigan, we were due to see another young talent perform well on Sunday.

After all was said and done, the top three finishers had an average age of just 23.0 as Joey Logano won the race, followed by Chase Elliott and Kyle Larson.

Both Elliott and Larson continued their hot streaks as they search for their first career win. The two drivers have already logged second-place finishes this year and have led at least 100 laps on the season.

There’s a good chance we see both of them earn wins in 2016.
