It was a day of celebration for NASCAR legends and current stars. Check out a few winners and losers from the Brickyard 400.

There were many things to be looking for on one of NASCAR’s biggest stages.

Coming into the weekend, we knew Tony Stewart would be competing in his final race at the Brickyard. We also knew that Jeff Gordon would be coming out of retirement to fill in for Dale Earnhardt Jr., as he continues to recover from concussion-like symptoms.

There was also the many storylines surrounding the Chase bubble. To add to that, Kyle Busch was looking to go back-to-back at Indy–and he did.

It was hot and it wasn’t pretty at times, as a flurry of cautions delayed the race late, but NASCAR ended up with a thrilling ending to a race that lacked much competition throughout the majority of the afternoon.

With much to discuss and many key stories to look over, let’s check out a few winners and losers from the Brickyard 400.
