No. 10 – Dale Earnhardt Jr.

When it comes to the NASCAR Chase most NASCAR fans see that as the time of the season when Dale Earnhardt Jr. starts to waiver. To be honest, recent years this truly has been the case for NASCAR’s most popular driver.

Since 2014, Earnhardt Jr. has been winning and finishing races with great consistency for Hendrick Motorsports. Unfortunately, that all seems to go away once the NASCAR Chase comes around.

For Earnhardt Jr. the perception is the reality considering the face that Earnhardt has never advanced to the final-four in the Chase despite winning seven races from 2014-2015. Despite all of those failures, Earnhardt has still managed to win four Chase races during his NASCAR career and those four wins have him top-10 all time in that category.

Wins, not titles is what gets Earnhardt Jr. on this list.
