Was Greg Biffle really the issues at RFR? Was moving from a three-car stable down to a two-car stable what RFR needed to do to put their team in the best spot to win races?

Only time will tell if this was the right move but you have to think that RFR is confident with their two young drivers heading into the 2017 season. Removing the No. 16 car will allow RFR to focus more on the No. 17 and the No. 6 cars. The hope here being that this added attention will pay dividends during the season.

The good news for RFR is that the team really started to make strides late in 2016. Their qualifying efforts improved and slowly all three RFR cars started having better finishes. For the first time in forever RFR seems to be trending in the right direction.
