Monster Energy Still has Work to Do

From the talk about how the Monster Energy Girls wear outfits that are too revealing, to this recent video of what driver meetings seem to look like now and it’s clear that Monster still has work to do when it comes to connecting to some of NASCAR’s fan base.

Now they won’t be able to make everyone happy, but the recent video of how driver meeting’s look like a red carpet event is just an example of what is not needed.

Sherry Pollux girlfriend of Martin Truex Jr. commented on the video on Twitter:

Sherry brings up a good point with her tweet. Drivers are heading to work, yet Monster makes this meeting look more like a giant party.

Is it needed at driver’s meetings? No, not at all. How many fans will benefit from this little show? Why not take something like this and have it in an area where more fans have access to?

Not every part of NASCAR needs to seem like some party like Monster Energy seemingly wants people to think. They still need work to do if they want to improve NASCAR, but wasting time and resources by trying to make driver meetings some sort of show is clearly pointless.

Hopefully as the season progresses Monster Energy can better adjust to improve NASCAR and entertain the fan base instead of trying to make everything a giant party.
