No. 1 – Team Penske

  • Previous Week: N/A
  • Auto Club Results: Brad Keselowski (2nd) and Joey Logano (5th)

They say that the cream always rises to the top and thus far in 2017, Team Penske is the cream and this right here is the top. Brad Keselowski has already won a race this season and Logano is sure to win sometime in the coming weeks.

In 10 combined finishes this season, Keselowski and Logano have eight top-10’s and six top-five finishes. Keselowski has been the better of the two, having rattled off four consecutive top-five finishes since the Daytona 500.

While Keselowski has been on fire, it shouldn’t overshadow what Logano has done on the track through five races. The teammates are only five points apart in the standings and will enter Martinsville both inside of the top-five. despite only being a two-car team, Team Penske has a solid chance of leading the series in wins this season.
