#10 and #9

MATT KENSETH. #10. [Last Race: Not Ranked (+3)] — Will Matt Kenseth retire without his ride at Joe Gibbs Racing in 2018, you might ask? Not if the man himself has anything to say about it. In the race after the announcement that Matt Kenseth’s seat in the #20 car would be occupied by current rookie Erik Jones in the 2018 season, Kenseth finished in 4th place at New Hampshire for his highest result since Charlotte and his fourth top 4 finish of the season. He may qualify for the playoffs even without a victory.. No. 20. Joe Gibbs Racing, Toyota

[Last Race: 7th (-2)] — Jamie McMurray’s 17th place finish at New Hampshire was his worst result when actually finishing a race this season. He had been a true model of consistency for most of this season, but he has now finished higher than 10th place in just two of the past six and three of the past eight races. Seeing as how this is the case as well as the fact that he has not won a race since the 2013 season, he drops slightly in these rankings.. No. 1. Chip Ganassi Racing, Chevrolet. JAMIE MCMURRAY. #9
