Dale Coyne Racing, Honda

Sebastien Bourdais established himself as a championship contender in the 2017 season before being sidelined with injuries that he sustained in a wreck in Indianapolis 500 qualifying. Also, albeit a small team, Dale Coyne Racing established themselves as a team with great speed this season, so Bourdais returning to the team could make winning the championship a legitimate possibility. The 2018 season could be like four-time Champ Car champion Bourdais’ revenge tour, and we know how at-the-time four-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady’s revenge tour went.. Dale Coyne Racing. Honda. SEBASTIEN BOURDAIS. #18

Honda. TONY KANAAN. #19. We know that Dale Coyne Racing found great speed this season, and we know that veteran driver Sebastien Bourdais had a shot to win his fifth championship before being injured in a wreck. How about bringing in Tony Kanaan to compose half of this two-car veteran team of former champions? Kanaan still has the speed to contend at certain venues, and this team has had speed pretty much everywhere. While he will likely no longer be driving the #10 Chip Ganassi Racing Honda next season, he has not said that he wants to retire from IndyCar.. Dale Coyne Racing
