#16 through #13

CARLOS MUNOZ. #16. [Last Race: 17th (+1)] — It’s always good to see a driver do more with less, which is exactly what Carlos Munoz did at Pocono with his first top 10 finish since the Indianapolis 500. However, it’s hard to give him a jump in these rankings since his season as a whole has not been good, which is, in large part, thanks to the lack of speed at AJ Foyt Enterprises.. No. 14. AJ Foyt Enterprises, Chevrolet

#15. [Last Race: 15th (-)] — Ed Jones has really been cold as of late, as Pocono yielded his fourth straight finish of 17th place or lower. In fact, he has only finished higher than 17th once in the last seven races. Still, as a rookie who was thrown into the #1 driver role for Dale Coyne Racing after Sebastien Bourdais’ injuries, his season has been respectable.. No. 19. Dale Coyne Racing, Honda. ED JONES

Ed Carpenter Racing, Chevrolet. JR HILDEBRAND. #14. [Last Race: 14th (-)] — JR Hildebrand hasn’t had a good run on a road or street course race all season long, but he has been strong on ovals. So a wreck at Pocono is extremely deflating for him, especially following a 2nd place finish at the last oval race at Iowa, his lone top 11 finish in the last eight races.. No. 21

No. 8. Chip Ganassi Racing, Honda. MAX CHILTON. #13. [Last Race: 11th (-2)] — After a good stint featuring five top 9 finishes in eight races in the middle of the season, Max Chilton hasn’t been great lately, as he has finished higher than 14th place just once in the last four races. He failed to finish at Pocono for just his second DNF of the season.
